PROJECT DETAILS

01
Infrastructure
Designed to work with existing infrastructure next to Belews Creek Steam Station. The developer pays for energy upgrades and utility costs, so residents and businesses don’t foot the bill.

02
Environment
No development in the Dan River floodplain, preserved natural buffers, and water-efficient cooling, never an open-loop system.

03
Community
Good local jobs and tax revenue to support teachers and schools, with little demand on traffic, housing, or local schools.
COMMUNITY VOICES
A place for local perspectives, in the supporters’ own words.
