Drew is bringing an innovative approach to real estate development by creating

Engineered Land Solutions ("ELS") a firm exclusively focused on the critical first step of the real estate development process— entitlement and horizontal development. With the surge in modern development, the process has grown in length and complexity. Drew has identified an opportunity to streamline and optimize the groundwork that powers the entire real estate industry by combining developer experience with best-in-class engineering solutions.

ELS was founded with a vision to solve complex challenges for organizations with real estate needs. By honing in on horizontal development, the firm provides dedicated resources to a historically intricate part of the process, paving the way for just-in-time, smoother vertical construction and ultimately delivering value to stakeholders across the board.

Before founding ELS, Drew built his career in industrial real estate development. At Panattoni Development Company, a global industrial real estate developer, Drew sourced, entitled, and developed industrial development projects across the Carolinas and Georgia. This experience, coupled with his time at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment bank, gives Drew a unique combination of finance and real estate development expertise. This pairing, along with Drew’s passion for innovation, laid the foundation for a new approach to development that prioritizes efficiency and front-end value creation.

Beyond ELS, Drew is deeply engaged in the real estate industry, including involvement with SIOR, BizNOW, and the I-85 Industrial Corridor Conference. He enjoys mentoring aspiring real estate professionals and speaking to real estate students at his alma mater.

In his free time, Drew is a regular attendee at his local church, a private pilot, and an entrepreneur pursuing other innovative initiatives that he believes will bring positive change to the world.
